Meet One Take. Their music is as diverse as their backgrounds, and draws influence from all over the country and all over the world. The sound is an acoustic amalgamation drawing on the soulful traditions of rock, reggae, jazz, blues, and bluegrass.
Tracks 1 - 9 were recorded at EARStudios in St Louis. Track 10 was recorded under a full moon around a campfire in the Smoky Mountains. Listen for the crickets and the crackling fire.
